- She reached World No. 2 in the Women’s Match Racing rankings and earned silver and bronze medals at the ISAF Women’s Match Racing World Championships, marking her as one of Australia’s top match racers.
- Beyond Match Racing she is a highly regarded Yacht Racer on the Helm or Tactics, most recently steering the TP52 Hooligan onto the podium.
- She champions female participation in the sport through her leadership and most recently, co-founded Women Racing Aus.
- Her day job keeps her busy at North Sails Australia, out wing-foiling or squeezing into an MJ with her two kids.
Stacey Jackson
Crew Boss and Co-Founder

- Stacey Jackson is an accomplished offshore and match racing sailor who has competed at the highest levels of the sport around the world. She has taken part in multiple round-the-world sailing campaigns, including The Ocean Race with Team SCA and Vestas 11th Hour Racing, as well as the Jules Verne Trophy record attempt with the all-female Famous Project crew.
- In 2018 she founded Ocean Respect Racing, a program dedicated to combining elite performance sailing with ocean advocacy and sustainability initiatives. In 2025 she was part of the Admiral’s Cup–winning team Jolt, and most recently has been part of the crew training aboard Palm Beach XI, widely regarded as one of the most advanced and ambitious yacht refit projects currently pushing the frontiers of offshore performance.
Emma Roberts
Logistics Manager

- Emma Roberts is an experienced sailing operations leader and performance sport professional with over a decade in elite competition environments. She has spent 12 years with the Wild Oats program, supporting multiple Sydney Hobart campaigns and international regattas across logistics, team management and race operations.
- Emma has raced with Women Racing in the MC38 class and races onboard Wild Oats X, combining hands-on racing experience with deep operational expertise.
- With a background spanning professional cycling, high-performance sport and Sports-tech investment through her work with XV Capital, she brings a unique perspective at the intersection of athletes, systems and execution. Having grown up at sea, Emma is passionate about building strong teams and creating more pathways for women in sailing and performance sport.
Nina Curtis

- Nina is a London 2012 Olympic silver medallist and one of sailing’s most accomplished high-performance athletes. She made history in 2022 as the first female SailGP Season Champion with the Australian SailGP Team, and has competed at the highest levels of the sport including the Volvo Ocean Race and the Women’s America’s Cup.
- A nine-year member of the Australian Sailing Team, Nina raced across Women’s Match Racing, Nacra 17 and the 49er FX, earning an Olympic silver medal, multiple World Championship medals and World Cup victories. She is a two-time Australian Female Sailor of the Year and a member of the World Sailing Rolex Team of the Year.
- Off the water, Nina is a business owner, health and fitness professional, founder of NoNonsense Magnesium, and mum to two little girls.
Clare Costanzo

- Clare Costanzo is an experienced and successful sailor in both inshore and offshore yachting. Clare has a background in match racing, having competed at multiple national and international events on the Youth, Women’s Match Racing Tour and the Open Match Racing Tour. More recently Clare has been navigating inshore and offshore racing including the Rolex Sydney to Hobart, Fastnet and Middle Sea Race in 2025.
- When Clare isn’t yacht racing she’s usually enjoying wing foiling around Pittwater or sending it on the VX One.
Tara Blanc-Ramos

- A past world champion and current Sailing Manager of the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia, Tara has a background in Match Racing and One-Design classes. She is an experienced match racer, having competed internationally and is currently active in high performance classes, including the Cape 31 and MC38 classes.
- Tara has applied her passion for sailing to her professional career where she is responsible for the delivery of iconic events such as the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race.
Alice Tarnawski
- Alice Tarnawski (also known as Alice Parker) is an accomplished Australian sailor recognised for her versatility across match racing, one-design fleets, and elite offshore events. She has built a reputation as a fierce competitor and strategic thinker on the world’s oceans.
- Alice’s journey began in junior dinghy sailing, progressing through youth development programs to international success. She was part of the Australian crew that won gold at the World University Sailing Championships, earning her first World Championship title.
- Alice is a professional navigator that thrives in high-pressure roles and has been instrumental in top-level east coast bluewater races such as the Sydney to Hobart, where she navigated URM Group to a podium overall finish among a world-class fleet. In 2025 she served as professional navigator aboard 100-foot maxi yachts Palm Beach XI alongside world class navigator Stan Honey. In 2023 Alice was named CYCA Navigator of the Year and RPAYC Club Yachtsperson of the Year for her outstanding contributions to the sport.
- Alongside her sailing commitments, she has returned to university, further strengthening her analytical and technical skill set.
- Off the water, she champions broader participation in sailing and embodies the spirit of adventure whether she’s analysing weather systems, mentoring young sailors, or balancing life with her physiotherapy and Pilates work on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Sarah Parker
- Sarah Parker is an accomplished match racer, fleet racer, and offshore sailor with more than a decade of national and international success as both crew and skipper. In recent years, she has proudly represented Australia on the Women’s World Match Racing Tour as a main trimmer.
- Last year, Sarah had the honour of representing the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club at the NYYC Invitational Cup. She’s excited to return to the waters of Rhode Island, once again representing Australia, and to bring the experience and insights gained from last year’s campaign to her team.
Juliet Costanzo
- Juliet Costanzo is an experienced sailor who has competed across a range of offshore and inshore racing campaigns in Australia and internationally. Sailing in a variety of high performance keelboat programs, she has built a reputation for her versatility, strong teamwork and competitive mindset.
- Juliet has been part of a number of successful racing teams, contributing across multiple roles on board while continuing to develop her skills across different classes and race formats. Passionate about the sport and its community, she remains actively involved in competitive sailing and supporting the continued growth of the sport.
Abby Ehler
- Abby Ehler is a highly experienced offshore sailor whose career has taken her around the world. She has competed in four editions of The Ocean Race (formerly the Volvo Ocean Race), one of the sport’s toughest round-the-world events, sailing with teams including Amer Sports Too, Team SCA, Team Brunel and Holcim-PRB. Alongside her offshore campaigns, Abby has raced across a wide range of high-performance dinghy and keelboat classes, building a reputation for her versatility, resilience and strong racing instincts.
- Having lived and worked within major sailing hubs including the UK, Spain and Australia, Abby has also played important roles off the water, contributing to major international sailing campaigns and event operations. She was part of the organisational leadership behind the inaugural Women’s America’s Cup, helping bring the landmark event to life while continuing to contribute to high-performance sailing both on and off the water.
Angela Farrell

- Angela Farrell is an accomplished Australian sailor and Olympian who represented Australia at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Competing in the highly competitive Laser Radial class, she built her career through strong performances at national and international level. Known for her determination and technical racing ability, Angela has been a consistent presence in high performance sailing, competing across a range of classes while contributing to the sport through mentoring and involvement in the sailing community.
Nicole Butcher

- Nicole Butcher is an accomplished Australian sailor with experience across both offshore and inshore racing at national and international level. She has competed in a wide range of keelboat and high performance campaigns, building a reputation as a skilled and versatile crew member across multiple roles on board.
- Nicole has been involved in some of Australia’s most competitive sailing events, including offshore classics and major regattas, and is respected for her teamwork, determination and commitment to the sport. Alongside her racing career, she remains actively involved in the sailing community, contributing to the continued growth and visibility of women in the sport.
